Do I need to be on Substack?
No. The Accelerator works for any platform, any business model, any stage. Substack, ConvertKit, Beehiiv, Ghost — or no newsletter yet. If you have an audience, expertise, or a business worth monetizing, we build your portfolio business from exactly where you are.
I already have a business. Can I add a digital portfolio layer to it?
This is one of the most common entry points. You have something working — a client base, expertise, an audience that trusts you. The Accelerator helps you build the portfolio business on top of what already exists: offer stack, digital products, content engine that sells while you do the work you already do.
What does Carrie review between calls?
Anything you submit: email drafts, sales pages, offer structures, homepage copy, pricing models, digital product outlines, launch plans. Submit before the call, she reads it, your session is spent on direction and decisions — not reading together. That's the difference.
How is this different from the $20K Offer Stack Academy?
The Academy is group education — you learn the frameworks alongside other creators. The Accelerator is private 1:1 coaching — those frameworks get applied to your specific business by the person who built them. One is learning. The other is building with the architect in the room.
